新年あけましておめでとうございます。
旧年中は、たくさんのお客様に、ホテルかずら橋にお越しいただき、本当にありがとうございました。
日本各地から、そして海外からも多くの方に祖谷の地を訪れていただき、心より感謝申し上げます。
言葉や文化が違っても「楽しかった」「ありがとう」そんな一言をいただくたびに、改めて私たちは素晴らしいお仕事をさせていただいているなと感じることができた一年でした。

また、昨年は、新語・流行語大賞にもノミネートされた「おてつたび」を通じて、全国からたくさんの方が助けにきてくださり、一緒にお客様をお迎えしながら、笑い、学びあう時間も私たちにとって大きな財産となりました。
お客様とスタッフ、そしておてつたびの皆さんが自然につながり、温かい空気がうまれた事を、とても嬉しく思っています。
祖谷の自然や人のぬくもり、ここにしかない時間を大切に守りながら、今年一年も「また帰ってきたい！」と思っていただける宿でありたいと思っています。

そして、ご報告なのですが、
当館は、1月5日より2月12日までの期間、リニューアル工事のため休館させていただきます。
皆さまに、より快適にお食事をお楽しみいただけるよう、装い新たに、とても素敵な空間が誕生する予定です。
少しの期間、お休みをいただきますが、新しく生まれ変わったレストランと共に、再び皆さまをお迎えできる日を、スタッフ一同心より楽しみにしております。

２０２６年も、たくさんの出逢いがありますように。
そして、皆さまにとって、新しい一年が健やかで、笑顔あふれる一年になることを願って、

Happy New Year.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the guests who visited Hotel Kazurabashi over the past year.
It truly meant so much to us to welcome so many visitors to Iya—not only from across Japan, but also from around the world.

Even when languages and cultures differ, every time we heard the words “It was wonderful” or “Thank you,” we were reminded what a privilege it is to do the work we love. It was a year that allowed us to once again appreciate the value and joy of hospitality.

Cherishing the nature of Iya, the warmth of its people, and the one-of-a-kind moments that can only be experienced here, we will continue to strive to be an inn that makes our guests think, “I want to come back again.”

We would also like to share an announcement.
From January 5 to February 12, our hotel will be temporarily closed for renovation work. During this time, we will be creating a beautifully renewed dining space so that our guests can enjoy their meals in even greater comfort.
While we will be taking a short break, all of us are very much looking forward to welcoming you back with our newly reborn restaurant.

May 2026 bring many wonderful encounters.
